Beginner Workouts

Workouts within this page are workouts that I basically started off with around 4 years ago to help build and define my muscles!  so I’d definitely give them a try as looking back at them, they are extremely simple and helped to build my body to what it is now!

It would just be a shame to delete them, its good to have some memory of how it all started 😉
